The Audit report provides a general commentary on the injury management model used to ensure compliance in accordance with the required Performance Standards with corrective action and recommendations for improvement and best practice.

The audit provides the employer with a tool:

To examine and review the capability of the company’s Injury Management/RTW Program
To receive an external assessment of the company’s Injury Management/RTW Program
